Remote sale of medicines in Brazil follows Anvisa's RDC 44/2009: online, only non-prescription medicines, by a licensed pharmacy or drugstore with a responsible pharmacist.

Before registering the pharmacy
Can I sell prescription drugs?
No. Red- or black-label drugs, controlled substances (Ordinance SVS/MS 344/1998) and antimicrobials are not sold on the platform. Brazil's Anvisa rule (RDC 44/2009) only allows remote sale of non-prescription medicines, by a licensed pharmacy or drugstore. Customers who need a prescription drug are served by the pharmacy as the law requires, outside the IDLINK checkout.
How do compounding quotes work?
The pharmacy publishes a service with "Request a quote". The customer opens the chat and sends a photo of the prescription; the pharmacist reviews it and replies with price and lead time. Selling and delivering the compounded product follow health regulations and the pharmacy's routine — including presenting or retaining the original prescription when required.
What can be sold online?
Personal care, dermocosmetics, fragrances, baby care, health supplies (thermometers, dressings, tests) and non-prescription medicines, always with the label information regulations require.
How do loyalty coins work?
You name the pharmacy's coin and set how much of each order comes back as cashback, how much each coin is worth, the minimum to start spending and the maximum it can take off an order — so the discount never eats your margin. Customers see their balance on the store profile and in their wallet.

There is no monthly fee. IDLINK charges 6% per sale paid through the platform (PIX or card). Quotes, notices, chat and the profile cost nothing.
How does delivery work?
Each product can offer the pharmacy's own delivery, counter pickup and nationwide shipping. Customers choose at checkout and track the order.
Is the sign-up approved instantly?
No. The sign-up enters the IDLINK team review queue. A person checks the data and may ask for the health licence, Anvisa operating authorisation (AFE) and the responsible pharmacist's CRF before releasing the store.

Yes. The store can answer on the pharmacy's domain with automatic HTTPS, and idlink.io/your-pharmacy keeps working.
