IDLINK is built for authentic identities, professional presence, useful links, trusted discovery and safer digital activity. These Terms explain the rules for using the platform, the standards we apply to accounts and content, and how verification, reporting, moderation and intelligent safety systems help protect real members worldwide.
By accessing or using IDLINK, creating an account, publishing a page, sharing a link, using QR Codes, posting content, sending messages, using analytics, buying, selling, advertising, joining Atlas, reporting content, or interacting with any platform feature, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies that apply to the service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use IDLINK. If you use IDLINK on behalf of a company, brand, organization, client or professional entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity will be responsible for the account and related activity.
IDLINK is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their country or region if that age is higher. By using IDLINK, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Transactions, purchases, sales, advertisements, paid promotions, wallet features, withdrawals, commercial features, seller tools, buyer tools and other financial or business activities require account verification and are available only to users who meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
You must not create an account, publish content, buy, sell, advertise, send messages, use financial features, join social features or interact with IDLINK if you are under 18 years old or below the legal age required in your location.
To protect members and the community, IDLINK may require account verification before a user can buy, sell, advertise, receive payments, withdraw funds, run paid promotions, access seller tools, access buyer tools, use wallet-related features, create commercial listings, publish certain offers or participate in transaction-related activity.
Verified commerce helps sellers demonstrate responsibility and helps buyers interact with accounts that have passed platform review. This creates a safer environment for members, creators, professionals, brands and businesses.
IDLINK prioritizes real people, legitimate brands, responsible businesses and authentic communities. Accounts must represent a real person, professional profile, company, project, creator, organization or lawful activity.
A personal account must be controlled by the person it represents. A professional or business account may represent a company, brand, project, creator activity, service provider or commercial operation, provided that the responsible person has legal or authorized control over that activity.
| Account type | Allowed use | Responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Personal account | Used by one real person for personal identity, links, social presence, content, networking and lawful activity. | The individual account holder is responsible for access, content, messages, links and activity. |
| Professional account | Used for a professional profile, creator activity, portfolio, services, business presence, products, events, advertisements or public representation. | The responsible person, partner, owner, authorized manager or legal representative must control the account. |
| Company or organization account | Used by a legitimate company, organization, project, institution or brand with separate identity, registration, tax ID or responsible representative where applicable. | The company, organization and authorized administrators are responsible for activity and compliance. |
You may maintain a personal account and a professional or business account when they represent different legitimate identities or activities. Professional or business accounts may require a separate ID, business registration, tax identification, CNPJ or local equivalent, company record, responsible partner, owner, officer, director, manager or authorized representative, depending on the country and the use case.
IDLINK accounts, usernames, handles, verification status, trust signals, wallet access, analytics history and reputation are personal or entity-specific and are not freely transferable. You must not sell, rent, lease, lend, assign, trade or transfer account access unless IDLINK expressly authorizes the transfer or the transfer is part of a lawful business succession approved by the responsible parties.
IDLINK is designed for lawful, useful and trusted digital presence. You must not use the platform to harm people, deceive users, violate rights, promote illegal activity, exploit vulnerable groups, attack systems or distribute prohibited content.

| Child safety | Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, abuse, endangerment or harmful content involving minors is strictly prohibited. |
| Fraud and deception | Impersonation, fake investment schemes, phishing, misleading payment pages, fake giveaways, fake support, counterfeit identity, manipulated trust signals or deceptive business claims. |

IDLINK allows public content, accounts, links, posts, pages, QR Codes, reports and moderation features. Depending on the feature and settings, content may be public, private, limited to approved followers, visible through links, indexed by search engines or shared by third parties.
Private profiles and restricted visibility settings are designed to give users more control over who can view certain content. They do not authorize illegal conduct, abuse, fraud, harassment, exploitation, policy violations or activity that harms IDLINK, users or third parties.
Users may report accounts, posts, messages, links, pages, QR Codes, products, ads or activity that appears to violate these Terms, our policies, user rights or applicable law. Reports may be reviewed by automated systems, safety models, human reviewers or a combination of these methods.
IDLINK may provide encrypted messaging technology to help protect conversations and reduce unauthorized access. Encryption is a security feature, not permission to use the messenger for abuse, crime, threats, harassment, fraud, exploitation, spam, illegal sales or violations of these Terms.
Reports, user-provided evidence, abuse signals, metadata, safety indicators and content made available through reporting or security processes may be processed to investigate violations, protect users, enforce these Terms and comply with legal obligations.
If a message, account or conversation is reported and our systems or reviewers identify activity that appears to violate the guidelines, IDLINK may take action against the account, related accounts or the involved content.
IDLINK may use automated, semi-automated and human review systems to detect risk, protect members and maintain platform integrity. These systems may evaluate account behavior, content, links, traffic patterns, reports, device signals, payment signals, verification status, abuse history, unusual activity, login patterns, metadata, public information and other safety indicators.
Our systems look for patterns that may indicate spam, impersonation, fraud, unsafe links, fake accounts, prohibited products, harassment, abuse, illegal activity or coordinated manipulation.
Accounts, links, pages, QR Codes, messages, posts, ads, transactions and commercial activity may receive internal risk signals used to prioritize review, limit exposure or prevent harm.
Depending on the severity and confidence of the signals, IDLINK may warn, notify, limit, hide, reduce distribution, remove content, disable features, require verification, suspend access or permanently ban an account.
Certain cases may be escalated for human review, especially when identity, legality, safety, payment risk, protected groups, minors, threats, serious harm or significant account restrictions may be involved.
When IDLINK detects or receives a report about activity that may violate these Terms or our policies, the account may receive a notification, warning, educational notice, temporary restriction, feature limitation or request for verification. The type of notice may depend on severity, risk, legal requirements, safety concerns and platform integrity.
If the same or similar conduct is repeated after a notice, or if the violation is severe, harmful, deceptive, illegal, abusive or creates risk to users or the platform, IDLINK may suspend or permanently ban the account without additional warning where permitted by applicable law.
When IDLINK restricts, removes, suspends or bans an account or content, we may provide information about the reason for the action when legally required, safe and appropriate. Users may contact support to request review, unless the case involves serious harm, child safety, fraud, criminal activity, repeated abuse, security risk, legal restrictions or risk to other users.
Automated systems are used to support safety decisions, but significant restrictions may be reviewed or escalated when required by applicable law or when IDLINK considers it appropriate.
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, link, sell, buy, advertise, promote, embed, automate or distribute through IDLINK. This includes profile information, usernames, posts, images, videos, links, QR Codes, products, events, advertisements, files, messages, metadata, forms, integrations and external destinations.
If you use IDLINK to promote, buy, sell, collect leads, advertise, organize events, receive payments, offer services, distribute digital products or direct users to commercial destinations, you are responsible for complying with all applicable consumer, tax, payment, advertising, licensing, refund, delivery, safety and disclosure obligations.
IDLINK may restrict or remove commercial activity that appears misleading, unsafe, unlawful, unlicensed, high-risk, abusive, fraudulent or incompatible with platform trust. Certain categories may require additional verification, age controls, disclosures, approvals or may be prohibited entirely.
Messages, follows, comments, posts, mentions, reports, requests and other social interactions must be respectful, lawful and non-abusive. You must not use IDLINK to harass, threaten, manipulate, pressure, deceive, spam, stalk, exploit or intimidate other people.
IDLINK may limit messaging, discovery, visibility or interaction features when activity appears unwanted, automated, abusive, suspicious or harmful to the community.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must use accurate information, protect your password, avoid sharing credentials, keep contact information updated and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
IDLINK, its name, visual identity, interface, software, systems, design, features, trademarks and platform technology are owned by IDLINK or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, exploit, resell or misuse IDLINK technology except as allowed by the platform.
You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant IDLINK to host, display, distribute, process, adapt for technical purposes, promote, secure and operate the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit and share that content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how IDLINK collects, uses, stores, protects and shares personal data, and how cookies and similar technologies work. By using IDLINK, you acknowledge that data may be processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
IDLINK may update, modify, suspend, limit, replace or discontinue features, layouts, products, integrations, APIs, policies, pricing, availability, safety systems, verification requirements or account requirements at any time when needed for security, compliance, business, product, technical or operational reasons.
We aim to keep IDLINK reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or suitable for every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDLINK is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, external websites, products, services, payments, advertisements, claims, disputes, losses, damages, interruptions, unauthorized access or actions caused by users or third parties outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer, privacy or platform rights that continue to apply.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, age, authority, ownership, company responsibility, legal basis or the legitimacy of a request before taking action.
IDLINK may update these Terms to reflect legal, safety, technical, operational, product, security or business changes. When relevant changes occur, we may update this page, display an additional notice or request renewed acceptance when necessary.
