1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using IDLINK, creating an account, publishing a page, sharing a link, using QR Codes, posting content, sending messages, using analytics, buying, selling, advertising, joining Atlas, reporting content, or interacting with any platform feature, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies that apply to the service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use IDLINK. If you use IDLINK on behalf of a company, brand, organization, client or professional entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity will be responsible for the account and related activity.

These Terms are designed to apply globally. Some countries or regions may provide additional rights or obligations under local law. Where applicable, local mandatory rules may also apply.

2. Age requirement: IDLINK is for adults only

IDLINK is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their country or region if that age is higher. By using IDLINK, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Transactions, purchases, sales, advertisements, paid promotions, wallet features, withdrawals, commercial features, seller tools, buyer tools and other financial or business activities require account verification and are available only to users who meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.

You must not create an account, publish content, buy, sell, advertise, send messages, use financial features, join social features or interact with IDLINK if you are under 18 years old or below the legal age required in your location.

Accounts, content or activity involving minors, child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, coercion, or any harm involving children are strictly prohibited and may be removed, reported and permanently banned.

3. Verification for transactions, purchases, sales and advertisements

To protect members and the community, IDLINK may require account verification before a user can buy, sell, advertise, receive payments, withdraw funds, run paid promotions, access seller tools, access buyer tools, use wallet-related features, create commercial listings, publish certain offers or participate in transaction-related activity.

Verified commerce helps sellers demonstrate responsibility and helps buyers interact with accounts that have passed platform review. This creates a safer environment for members, creators, professionals, brands and businesses.

Verified sellers Only accounts that complete the required verification may be allowed to sell, advertise, receive payments or access commercial tools.
Verified buyers Certain purchases, payments, wallet actions or high-risk interactions may require buyer verification before completion.
Safer community Verification is used to reduce fraud, impersonation, abusive transactions, misleading offers and activity that harms real members.
Verification does not guarantee that a seller, buyer, product, service, advertisement, event or external destination is risk-free, lawful in every jurisdiction or endorsed by IDLINK. Users remain responsible for their own offers, purchases, claims, taxes, licenses, refunds, delivery, compliance and conduct.

4. Real accounts and authentic identity

IDLINK prioritizes real people, legitimate brands, responsible businesses and authentic communities. Accounts must represent a real person, professional profile, company, project, creator, organization or lawful activity.

One real identity Your account must not impersonate another person, mislead users, hide harmful activity or operate as a deceptive identity.
Trust over volume Mass-created accounts, fake profiles, misleading identities and coordinated abuse may be restricted or removed.
Professional clarity Professional accounts must clearly represent a legitimate business, brand, project or responsible operator.
We may request identity, ownership, company, tax, domain, payment, brand, authorization or responsibility information when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, resolve disputes or verify account legitimacy.

5. Personal, professional and business accounts

A personal account must be controlled by the person it represents. A professional or business account may represent a company, brand, project, creator activity, service provider or commercial operation, provided that the responsible person has legal or authorized control over that activity.

Account type Allowed use Responsibility
Personal account Used by one real person for personal identity, links, social presence, content, networking and lawful activity. The individual account holder is responsible for access, content, messages, links and activity.
Professional account Used for a professional profile, creator activity, portfolio, services, business presence, products, events, advertisements or public representation. The responsible person, partner, owner, authorized manager or legal representative must control the account.
Company or organization account Used by a legitimate company, organization, project, institution or brand with separate identity, registration, tax ID or responsible representative where applicable. The company, organization and authorized administrators are responsible for activity and compliance.

You may maintain a personal account and a professional or business account when they represent different legitimate identities or activities. Professional or business accounts may require a separate ID, business registration, tax identification, CNPJ or local equivalent, company record, responsible partner, owner, officer, director, manager or authorized representative, depending on the country and the use case.

6. Accounts are non-transferable

IDLINK accounts, usernames, handles, verification status, trust signals, wallet access, analytics history and reputation are personal or entity-specific and are not freely transferable. You must not sell, rent, lease, lend, assign, trade or transfer account access unless IDLINK expressly authorizes the transfer or the transfer is part of a lawful business succession approved by the responsible parties.

  • You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • You must not share access in a way that bypasses permission controls or exposes users to risk.
  • Team access, collaborators and business managers must use authorized permission features when available.
  • If ownership of a company, brand or project changes, IDLINK may require verification before account control is updated.

7. Community Guidelines and prohibited conduct

IDLINK is designed for lawful, useful and trusted digital presence. You must not use the platform to harm people, deceive users, violate rights, promote illegal activity, exploit vulnerable groups, attack systems or distribute prohibited content.

Category Examples of prohibited activity
Crime and illegal activity Promoting, facilitating, coordinating or selling illegal goods, illegal services, fraud, trafficking, exploitation, theft, document forgery, cybercrime, weapons violations or criminal conduct.
Hate, harassment and abuse Hate speech, threats, targeted harassment, dehumanization, bullying, intimidation, doxxing, blackmail, extortion or content encouraging violence against people or protected groups.
Child safety Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, abuse, endangerment or harmful content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Fraud and deception Impersonation, fake investment schemes, phishing, misleading payment pages, fake giveaways, fake support, counterfeit identity, manipulated trust signals or deceptive business claims.
Spam and platform manipulation Mass automation, fake engagement, fake followers, scraping, coordinated manipulation, repeated unwanted messages, malicious redirects or attempts to evade limits.
Security abuse Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, exploit distribution, harmful scripts, malicious QR Codes, unsafe redirects, bot activity or attempts to interfere with IDLINK systems.
Rights violations Copyright infringement, trademark abuse, unauthorized use of images, privacy violations, unlawful disclosure of personal data, or content that violates third-party rights.
Restricted or regulated activity Products, services, claims or promotions that require licenses, age gates, disclosures, compliance controls or legal authorization must follow all applicable laws and may be restricted by IDLINK.

8. Public content, private profiles, reports and moderation

IDLINK allows public content, accounts, links, posts, pages, QR Codes, reports and moderation features. Depending on the feature and settings, content may be public, private, limited to approved followers, visible through links, indexed by search engines or shared by third parties.

Private profiles and restricted visibility settings are designed to give users more control over who can view certain content. They do not authorize illegal conduct, abuse, fraud, harassment, exploitation, policy violations or activity that harms IDLINK, users or third parties.

Users may report accounts, posts, messages, links, pages, QR Codes, products, ads or activity that appears to violate these Terms, our policies, user rights or applicable law. Reports may be reviewed by automated systems, safety models, human reviewers or a combination of these methods.

When a report, safety signal or algorithmic review indicates that an account may be acting against the guidelines, IDLINK may limit, investigate, restrict or sanction the account, even when the account uses private profile settings.

9. Encrypted messenger and safety limits

IDLINK may provide encrypted messaging technology to help protect conversations and reduce unauthorized access. Encryption is a security feature, not permission to use the messenger for abuse, crime, threats, harassment, fraud, exploitation, spam, illegal sales or violations of these Terms.

Reports, user-provided evidence, abuse signals, metadata, safety indicators and content made available through reporting or security processes may be processed to investigate violations, protect users, enforce these Terms and comply with legal obligations.

If a message, account or conversation is reported and our systems or reviewers identify activity that appears to violate the guidelines, IDLINK may take action against the account, related accounts or the involved content.

10. How IDLINK safety systems evaluate accounts

IDLINK may use automated, semi-automated and human review systems to detect risk, protect members and maintain platform integrity. These systems may evaluate account behavior, content, links, traffic patterns, reports, device signals, payment signals, verification status, abuse history, unusual activity, login patterns, metadata, public information and other safety indicators.

1

Signal review

Our systems look for patterns that may indicate spam, impersonation, fraud, unsafe links, fake accounts, prohibited products, harassment, abuse, illegal activity or coordinated manipulation.

2

Risk scoring

Accounts, links, pages, QR Codes, messages, posts, ads, transactions and commercial activity may receive internal risk signals used to prioritize review, limit exposure or prevent harm.

3

Protective action

Depending on the severity and confidence of the signals, IDLINK may warn, notify, limit, hide, reduce distribution, remove content, disable features, require verification, suspend access or permanently ban an account.

4

Human escalation

Certain cases may be escalated for human review, especially when identity, legality, safety, payment risk, protected groups, minors, threats, serious harm or significant account restrictions may be involved.

The goal of our safety system is not to punish normal users. It is to protect real members, reduce abuse, preserve trust and keep IDLINK useful for legitimate people, creators, brands and businesses.
11. Notifications, repeated violations, sanctions and permanent bans

When IDLINK detects or receives a report about activity that may violate these Terms or our policies, the account may receive a notification, warning, educational notice, temporary restriction, feature limitation or request for verification. The type of notice may depend on severity, risk, legal requirements, safety concerns and platform integrity.

If the same or similar conduct is repeated after a notice, or if the violation is severe, harmful, deceptive, illegal, abusive or creates risk to users or the platform, IDLINK may suspend or permanently ban the account without additional warning where permitted by applicable law.

Possible sanctions

  • Warning, notice or request to correct behavior.
  • Temporary limits on posting, messaging, linking, selling, buying, advertising, analytics, API access, visibility or wallet-related features.
  • Removal, restriction or hiding of content, links, QR Codes, pages, products, ads, posts or messages.
  • Requirement to verify identity, age, ownership, business responsibility, payment eligibility or lawful authorization.
  • Suspension or permanent ban of accounts, related accounts or coordinated networks.
  • Reporting to competent authorities when legally required or when serious harm, child safety, fraud, threats or criminal conduct may be involved.

Review and appeals

When IDLINK restricts, removes, suspends or bans an account or content, we may provide information about the reason for the action when legally required, safe and appropriate. Users may contact support to request review, unless the case involves serious harm, child safety, fraud, criminal activity, repeated abuse, security risk, legal restrictions or risk to other users.

Automated systems are used to support safety decisions, but significant restrictions may be reviewed or escalated when required by applicable law or when IDLINK considers it appropriate.

12. Content, links and responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, link, sell, buy, advertise, promote, embed, automate or distribute through IDLINK. This includes profile information, usernames, posts, images, videos, links, QR Codes, products, events, advertisements, files, messages, metadata, forms, integrations and external destinations.

  • You must have the rights, permissions and legal authority needed for your content and activity.
  • You must not mislead users about who you are, what you offer, where a link goes, what a product is, or what a payment means.
  • You must keep external links, payment pages, product pages, advertisements and claims accurate and lawful.
  • You understand that public content may be accessed, shared, indexed, copied or redistributed by third parties.

13. Products, services, events, advertisements and commercial activity

If you use IDLINK to promote, buy, sell, collect leads, advertise, organize events, receive payments, offer services, distribute digital products or direct users to commercial destinations, you are responsible for complying with all applicable consumer, tax, payment, advertising, licensing, refund, delivery, safety and disclosure obligations.

IDLINK may restrict or remove commercial activity that appears misleading, unsafe, unlawful, unlicensed, high-risk, abusive, fraudulent or incompatible with platform trust. Certain categories may require additional verification, age controls, disclosures, approvals or may be prohibited entirely.

For sellers, verified accounts can make the platform more trustworthy because commercial features are limited to accounts that pass the required verification. This helps protect buyers, sellers, creators, brands and the wider community from fake accounts, fraud and unsafe activity.

14. Messaging, social features and respectful interaction

Messages, follows, comments, posts, mentions, reports, requests and other social interactions must be respectful, lawful and non-abusive. You must not use IDLINK to harass, threaten, manipulate, pressure, deceive, spam, stalk, exploit or intimidate other people.

IDLINK may limit messaging, discovery, visibility or interaction features when activity appears unwanted, automated, abusive, suspicious or harmful to the community.

15. Security, access and account protection

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must use accurate information, protect your password, avoid sharing credentials, keep contact information updated and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, verification, payment controls or platform restrictions.
  • Do not access accounts, data, systems, APIs or content without authorization.
  • Do not test, scan, attack, scrape, overload or interfere with IDLINK systems unless expressly authorized in writing.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, fake identities or automation in a way that harms the platform or other users.

16. Intellectual property

IDLINK, its name, visual identity, interface, software, systems, design, features, trademarks and platform technology are owned by IDLINK or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, exploit, resell or misuse IDLINK technology except as allowed by the platform.

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant IDLINK to host, display, distribute, process, adapt for technical purposes, promote, secure and operate the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit and share that content.

17. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how IDLINK collects, uses, stores, protects and shares personal data, and how cookies and similar technologies work. By using IDLINK, you acknowledge that data may be processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Read Privacy Policy

18. Changes, availability and service evolution

IDLINK may update, modify, suspend, limit, replace or discontinue features, layouts, products, integrations, APIs, policies, pricing, availability, safety systems, verification requirements or account requirements at any time when needed for security, compliance, business, product, technical or operational reasons.

We aim to keep IDLINK reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or suitable for every use case.

19. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDLINK is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, external websites, products, services, payments, advertisements, claims, disputes, losses, damages, interruptions, unauthorized access or actions caused by users or third parties outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer, privacy or platform rights that continue to apply.

20. Contact, reports and legal requests

For support, safety reports, abuse reports, account issues, legal requests or questions about these Terms, contact us at help@idlink.io.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, age, authority, ownership, company responsibility, legal basis or the legitimacy of a request before taking action.

21. Updates to these Terms

IDLINK may update these Terms to reflect legal, safety, technical, operational, product, security or business changes. When relevant changes occur, we may update this page, display an additional notice or request renewed acceptance when necessary.
