If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. IDLINK provides a digital platform that enables users to create, manage, publish, and distribute digital content through tools such as link-in-bio pages, shortened URLs, QR codes, analytics dashboards, and other related functionalities. The platform operates as a technology service provider and infrastructure layer, and does not act as a publisher, intermediary, agent, or representative of user-generated content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, remove, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or component of the platform at any time without prior notice or liability.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You shall not use the services to create, publish, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You retain ownership of the content you create; however, by publishing content through IDLINK, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, process, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the platform and its services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and distribute such content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

IDLINK may provide analytics and data insights related to the use of links, QR codes, and bio pages, including but not limited to clicks, impressions, geographic data, device information, timestamps, and referral sources. Such analytics are provided strictly for informational purposes and may not be complete, accurate, or real-time. You acknowledge that analytics data may be subject to limitations, delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions, and IDLINK shall not be liable for any decisions made based on such data.

Certain features or services may require payment of fees, including subscription-based plans. By subscribing to any paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges, to provide valid and authorized payment information, and to authorize recurring billing where applicable. Subscription fees are typically billed in advance and may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. IDLINK reserves the right to modify pricing, billing structures, or service features at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

While we strive to maintain continuous availability and performance of the platform, IDLINK does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays.
