You do not acquire ownership rights over your account or any underlying technology. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames, remove inactive accounts, or reassign identifiers where appropriate.

  6. Platform Scope and Nature of Service

    IDLINK provides a digital infrastructure platform that enables users to create, manage, and distribute content through tools such as link-in-bio pages, shortened URLs, QR codes, analytics dashboards, integrations, automation systems, APIs, and other digital utilities. The platform operates as a technology intermediary and does not act as a publisher, broker, or agent of user content.

  7. License Grant

    Subject to compliance with these Terms, IDLINK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.

    IDLINK does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content. You acknowledge that any reliance on such content is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from user content, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational harm, or legal consequences.

    We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

  13. Content License Grant to IDLINK
