Without the NCM code, the product's invoice can't be issued. Fill in the NCM on your products — your accountant helps with the classification.

NCM is mandatory on the NF-e and, with the tax reform, sets the IBS/CBS cClassTrib/CST and whether the Selective Tax applies. Ajuste SINIEF 07/05; LC 214/2025.

NF-e with a review screen

Issuing an invoice is now one checked click.

On the order, the Issue NF button opens a full preview: issuer, recipient with a validated CPF/CNPJ, items, shipping, discount, payment method and installments. If something is missing, you see it before issuing, not after. You tick "I checked the data" and confirm.

1Never two invoices. If the order already has an NF in your Bling, IDLINK uses the existing one instead of creating another.
2The invoice comes back to the order with number, access key, PDF (DANFE) and XML.
3Send it to the customer in one tap: they get the invoice as an IDLINK notification and by e-mail.

How it works: the NF-e is issued through your store's Bling account, with your company's tax data — connect Bling under Integrations. IDLINK appears on the invoice as the intermediary.

Tax & Accounting

Easy if taxes aren't your thing. Complete for your accountant.

One switch flips the screen between Plain and Accountant: the same number, explained in simple words or with tables, formulas and the legal basis. Facts come from your paid sales; estimates are labeled as estimates, with the rule used.

Monthly summary

Revenue, fees, net and refunds; sales by payment method and by state; the last 12 months and the comparison with the previous month.

Estimated tax

Simples Nacional DAS by the effective rate, use of the MEI annual limit and the 2026 test CBS/IBS. Always labeled as an estimate, never as an official tax slip.

Tax calendar

DAS, DASN-SIMEI, DEFIS and other deadlines with a countdown, already adjusted for weekends and national holidays.

Tax auditor

A 0–100 score and every point explained for beginners and for experts, with what to do and the legal basis: registration, limits, invoices, NCM, states and refunds.

Tax reform, explained

CBS, IBS and the Selective Tax in plain language, with a timeline, a 2026 checklist, FAQs and a glossary.

Tax profile

Tax regime, CNPJ, CNAE and Simples annex: fill it in once and the estimates and the auditor start talking about your company.

Your accountant, with their own access

Invite your accountant. They sign in with their own login and only look.

@Invite by e-mail or IDLINK @, with CRC and firm name if you like. If they don't have an account yet, the invite waits for them.
👁Read-only: they see the store's tax and compliance panels and generate files, but can't touch products, prices, withdrawals or the profile.
≡Audit trail: every view, generated file, invite and revocation is recorded with date and author.
↺Revoke whenever you want — access ends immediately. And one accountant can serve several stores, switching clients in the same panel.

Compliance with public data

Your company as public sources see it. Explained.

Ground rules

CPF is not public data: nothing is looked up about individuals.
Only public sources and your IDLINK data; nothing is sent to third parties.
One lookup per source every 24 hours; if a source is down, you see the last good data.
It's informational: it doesn't replace your accountant or legal advice.

Certificates and licenses

Certificates stored, expiry in sight.

Federal CND, CNDT, FGTS CRF and your industry's licenses — business permit, health license, AVCB, Cadastur, CRECI, ANVISA, Anatel, MAPA. They require a captcha or gov.br login, and IDLINK never bypasses that: you issue them on the official site through the panel's link and store the number and expiry date.

!Yellow 15 days before expiry, red once expired — right in the panel.
✓Suggestions based on what you sell: food sellers see the health license; hosts see Cadastur.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Does IDLINK replace my accountant?

No. The panel organizes the facts (paid sales, fees, invoices and wallet) and shows estimates labeled as estimates. Tax calculation, official slips and filings stay with your accountant — who can have their own read-only access to your store's panel.

Is there an extra cost?

There's no monthly fee or extra charge for Tax & Accounting and Compliance: they're part of the seller panel, and you pay 6% per sale. To issue NF-e through IDLINK, your store needs a Bling account (contracted separately) connected under Integrations.

Does my accountant need to pay or have an account?

They use an IDLINK account, which is free. If they don't have one yet, the invite is kept: when they sign in to IDLINK with the invited e-mail, the invite shows up to accept.

What data do you look up? What about my CPF?

Only public data: your CNPJ in Receita Federal's open data, your ZIP code on ViaCEP and your own domain. CPF is not public data, so nothing is looked up about individuals. Lookups are made by IDLINK on your behalf and nothing is sent to third parties.

Does IDLINK issue the certificates for me?

No. Certificates require a captcha or gov.br login and IDLINK never bypasses that. The panel has the official link for each one: you issue it, store the number and expiry date, and the panel turns yellow 15 days before it expires.

When do I get paid for a card sale in installments?

Each installment reaches your wallet within 3 days after the card operator releases it. The 1st is usually released about 30 days after the purchase; the next ones, once a month. Interest-free installments deduct the interest from your payout; with interest, the buyer pays the difference and you receive the full amount.

Does it work for MEI and for people selling as individuals?

Yes. The panel tracks the use of the MEI annual limit and shows the DAS-MEI and the DASN-SIMEI in the calendar. Those selling under a CPF see the MEI limit, invoicing and how to formalize.

Does it work for companies outside Brazil?

The Tax & Accounting and Compliance tools follow Brazilian rules (CNPJ, MEI, Simples Nacional, NF-e) and the panel screens are in Portuguese. Selling in other countries and currencies on IDLINK works as usual.

Sell more. The paperwork keeps up.

Invoices with a review step, your accountant close by and your company seen through public data — no monthly fee, 6% only when you sell.
